An accompanying exhibition will be held from October 11^th to 13^th, 2023.

Here, companies have the opportunity to present themselves specifically to the trade in the exhibition. This allows direct contacts to be made between exhibitors and visitors, new ideas to be developed and new customers to be acquired directly.

Since the ISRM Congress will be held together with the Geomechanics Colloquium, a large number of booths have already been reserved.

The exhibition areas are divided into different categories and therefore have different prices:

• Cat. 1 € 360,-/m² (1st floor - around the escalators) - already fully booked or there is a waiting list for it!
• Cat. 2 € 330,-/m² (1st floor - rest)
• Cat. 3 € 310,-/m² (ground floor and 2nd floor)

Included in a standard stand (9m²) are:

Stand space and walls

• 1 table and 3 chairs
• 1 electrical connection (3-way socket)
• One simple stand lettering (company name in b/w without logo and stand number)
• 1 admission ticket for the conference rooms incl. conference bag (made out to the company name - usable only by stand personnel)
• 3 stand personnel tickets (access to the exhibition only)
• Admission for stand personnel to the chamber concert 
• Lunch buffet for stand personnel for 3 days
• Exhibitor platform on the GMK website

Further furniture and catering etc. can be booked additionally.

Please note that the Kongresshaus has an exclusive catering contract with the Sheraton Hotel and this must be adhered to.
